Pool Rules

Barkley 2025 Pool Rules

1. No running, boisterous or rough play.
2. No Diving
3. No loud music (be respectful of noise levels for the homeowners that live near the pool, as well as fellow pool-goers).
4. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult or by a person 16 years old or older.
5. Adults/children should not swim alone.
6. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.
7. No person with skin, eye, ear, or nasal infections allowed at the pool. If your child has had a diuretic incident in the past 48 hours, please refrain from using the pool.
8. No animals or pets allowed in the pool or pool deck area.
9. No glass allowed in the pool or pool deck area.
10. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
11. Pool is for private use: members and their *guests only.    (*Guests must be accompanied by the resident.)
12. Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time.
13. The pool is open from 10am to 8pm.
14. Adult swimming only 9am – 10am daily.
15. A first aid kit is not provided at the pool area.
16. An emergency telephone (or other notification device) is located on premise.
17. Wi-Fi is available. Please contact the management company for info.
18. If parking at the pool overnight or having a party at the pool please advise the HOA board via the current HOA management company.
